		<description>Hi -- I just purchased lobsters from the area Kiwanis Club and they are being sent here from Maine to be delivered next Saturday.   They will be covered with seaweed and ice packs.  I don&#039;t want to prepare right away but would like to freeze them.   Do you have instructions for freezing lobsters?
