Cooking Lobster
To enjoy the fresh taste of a Maine lobster, we prefer the simplest recipe; plain steamed lobster, with fresh lemon wedges and drawn butter. But to each his own!
There are dozens of ways to cook lobster. Simply boiling or steaming lobster is a wonderful way to enjoy fresh Maine lobster, but there are many delicious lobster recipes available, and please feel free to add your own lobster recipe for others to enjoy.

Hi — I just purchased lobsters from the area Kiwanis Club and they are being sent here from Maine to be delivered next Saturday. They will be covered with seaweed and ice packs. I don’t want to prepare right away but would like to freeze them. Do you have instructions for freezing lobsters?
